Brookhaven Holiday Tinsel Trail
Celebrate the holiday season with the Brookhaven Holiday Tinsel Trail! Presented by Explore Brookhaven in partnership with the City of Brookhaven, this festive community program brings residents, businesses, organizations, and community groups together to transform Brookhaven’s parks and public spaces into a colorful celebration of the season.

Participants are invited to decorate a designated holiday tree and bring their creativity to life for the community to enjoy throughout the holiday season. Trees will be featured at locations throughout Brookhaven, creating festive trails where neighbors, visitors, and families can stroll, admire the decorations, and celebrate together.

2026 Important Dates
Registration Opens: October 1, 2026
Registration Deadline: October 31, 2026
Tree Installation: November 16–December 1, 2026, from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Installation Deadline: December 1, 2026

2026 Tinsel Trail Locations
Trees will be displayed at designated locations throughout Brookhaven, with the goal of featuring a participating location in each City Council district:

Blackburn Park

Skyland Park

Langford Park

Peachtree Creek Greenway, Police Department side

Explore Brookhaven and the City of Brookhaven will assign each participant a designated tree and installation space. Participants may decorate only within their assigned space. Locations are subject to adjustment based on accessibility, parking, public safety, park operations, visibility, and other operational considerations.
